Rumble When Bumble (Noorden)

On March 7th 2012, the german label Noorden released Rumble When Bumble a 16-track OP-1-only-compilation featuring the track "Last Call" by BITAPART.

Besides the digital release, there was also a limited edition of 100 CD's of the compilation, including a 40-pages fanzine with small portraits of the artists and their usage of the OP-1-synth.

"We are more than proud to present the (world’s first?) OP-1-only-compilation, that comes with 16 fresh’n’funky tracks. All of them are all made only using the Teenage Engineering OP-1 and more than half of them are exclusively on this compilation." (Noorden)

Rumble When Bumble #2 (Noorden)

In November 2013, Noorden released Rumble When Bumble #2 featuring the track "Shadow Warrior" by BITAPART. On this compilation artists were limited to using instruments from Elektron and/or the OP-1 Synthesizer from Teenage Engineering. 

Only 88 CD's were released and each and every CD had a unique artwork printed on 20 different diy CD-cases. The physical release also included 2 x 20 different full colored fold out posters. Click the button below to stream the compilation.

Like on the first compilation, the Teenage Engineering OP1-synth plays a major role on all 17 tracks – besides other great gadgets like Elektron instruments. We are very happy to have some old buddies on RWB2 as well as some fresh’n’stunning new acts. You all did an amazing job with your tracks, big thanks for that." (Noorden)

coastal keys (Retro promenade)

On April 24th 2015, Coastal Keys was released by the label Retro Promenade featuring the track "Low Profile" by BITAPART.

For this compilation artists had to compose an exclusive track which would also work as music for a scene from the famous 80s tv-show Miami Vice.
